Really enjoyed how well-appointed and gorgeous the property was and its lovely friendly staff from the lovely poolside bar manager. The restaurant was PARTICULARLY GOOD for lunch here, I had amazing dishes. 

the services were fantastic, offered us very good free wi-fi. location: the hotel was near the bay towards syracuse as well as the peninsula, the pool, the sand and rock beach, the view, the air-conditioned room, 

Stunning sea views, scattered rooms, central reception, ample parking, jacuzzis.

Beautiful location. Excellent restaurant with professional quality service. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Free shuttle to Syracuse city centre was very convenient. Free wi-fi.

Separation of main desk from dining block and both from the hotel rooms was somewhat inconvenient. Complicated wi-fi arrangements which did not work in all parts of the hotel complex. First physical connection cable in the room did not function and required replacement. Very limited English language TV programmes.

The hotel was right by duomo di siracusa. Nesos is set 250 feet away from the property. We would recommend it to family and friends. Perfect base for a weekend in Syracuse.

Fairly clean place with superfriendly and extremely friendly staff and pleasant view over the sea and the city. Great swimming pool and magnificent location near to Siracusa and Ortigia where there were

The units were compact and the staff were excellent people from the lovely poolside bar manager. The breakfast was excellent also for gluten intolerant, with a lot of fine options.

Great views & Nice pool

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The views were amazing and the pool area was a great area to relax. Having a nice and refreshing swim in the pool while admiring the sea view was a great experience. 

Fantastic views across the bay. Lots of different areas to relax in the sun. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It would have been great to have a better choice of restaurants given quite far from Siracusa. The main restaurant served lovely food but was a bit uninspiring in the decor, felt quite sterile.

1. Would have been nice to have a casual, easy dinner menu, e.g., pizza and pasta. 2. Update the breakfast music to contemporary. .

The hotel is superb. 5 stars for sure.

Run from any room service and any food in the hotel! Everything over expensive! I paid 46 euros only for the service to bring me a 25 euros dinner to my room in the first night! Good food but very posh. There is nothing simple there (sandwich? Hamburguer? Tapas in the pool? They dont know what is this. They only serve dinner...) And the worse: they never inform you the price of anything you require, you dont sign any receipt for the food you get and in the check out you have a crazy money bill to pay! Be carefull, they charge you a lot. Ask every single service for the price before you use. Dont be full as I was there!
